Seeking out opinions on Quality Hardware carbines and they desirability. One I have found listed here in New Zealand seems to be a pre Feb 43. Link follows:

Serial number puts production in April 1943.

Quality Hardware carbine #3266 made by them. Has early and late features on it. Type 3 rear sight but has a type 1 barrel band. A semi rebuild of sorts. I wonder if the rear sight is staked in place or just slid into the dove tail?
