I continue to shop for a Saginaw.
I have one here, local, but I'm wondering is it worth taking a look at?
For one thing, the price is too high by about $250 or so.
What can anyone tell me?
Thanks

I cannot see the photos as one has to join Calguns. But it is sounding like it may be a rebuilt and if so the price is too high. The serial number is one assigned to Saginaw Gear S.G. Now if the barrel is original to the receiver then it was built by S'G' after they finished off the IP serial numbers. They then started making carbines in their sisters serial number blocks so you really need to find out which Saginaw Gear is on the receiver. S.G. it's a rebuilt, S'G' it could be original IF it has the push safety and flip rear sight. If it is original then the price is not too high at all. If it has the adjustable sight and flip safety it's been rebuilt most likely.
