The Missouri Legislature passed CCW for 19 year old citizens and also declared that it was against Missouri law to enforce Federal regulations limiting our Second Amendment rights. They go into effect August 28th. If our Democratic Governor signs the bills...

Yes sir! It's hard to believe that just to the east, separated by a river, lies the Peoples Republic of Illinois....

Yes but if the state refuses to obey the federal law, what can the Feds do except perhaps take the state to court, or maybe withhold federal funds?

If several other states also refuse to obey the federal law, then it starts to get "interesting".

This appears to be on the rise...that States are refusing to allow Federal law to direct their own sovereign actions. What I find most interesting is how our FEDERAL authorities speak with such passion about the 1st Amendment, the 4th Amendment, the 5th Amendment, and the 8th Amendment, yet when it comes to the SECOND AMENDMENT, they suddenly reverse course and pretend our Founding Fathers didn't "understand" how the world would change....which is probably true, yet is PRECISELY WHY they codified the 2A as they did!
