Does anyone know what the N stamped on the bottom of the pistol grip represents? the stock also has the small cartouche cannons, and a B in the sling well. thanks all for any help, mike.

That is an IBM stock. As to the N or is it a Z? Well they don't know if it's a N or a Z and which ever it is there is no idea as to what the mark means or when it was stamped on the stock. Found on other make stocks too and not just IBM. The search for information continues on.
