I haven't seen a Mil Spec Part List per se. Is there something specific that you are wanting to know? The list of parts that make up an M1 carbine evolved over time to reflect the changes mandated by the U.S. Ordnance Department. I am not aware of the availability of a specific parts list document defining any particular configuration. There has been a lot written about the Ordnance Department's acceptance testing of the carbine for the various manufacturers but not a lot written about the control of specific engineering or manufacturing documentation that these test were intended to verify.
Sorry if my answer isn't very helpful but maybe someone else will chime in on this subject.
If there was a Mil Spec parts list you could find drawings for all kinds of parts. This would allow you to 3D print a particular part and maybe save significant dollars on parts purchases. Thinking more along the line of parts for shooters not collectors.
I ran across this on Gunbroker. It's been on eBay and Worthpoint in the past. The impression I get from postings on other forums is that these drawings may not be complete or correct. I guess you would have to buy them to find out. Perhaps something might be available through the National Archives in Washington D.C. but I bet it would be hard to get without actually going there.
